For 13 years, my business partner and I built Lucrative Luminary Training. We generated more than $50 million in revenue and helped tens of thousands of workshop, retreat and seminar leaders bring their work to the world.

When the pandemic hit, we hit pause. I stepped back to spend more time with my daughter.

When I was ready to return, I began consulting as a Fractional CMO for several multimillion-dollar transformation companies. I designed strategic marketing campaigns and filled countless live and virtual programs. I led teams and directly advised my CEO clients.

I loved the work. But something about our industry was starting to bother me.

AI-generated fluff. Racing to seven figures at all costs. Stories of shady sales practices. And programs that weren't creating the transformation they promised.

That last one really bugs me.

Meanwhile, thoughtful, experienced leaders were overwhelmed and felt more alone than ever. Many questioned whether they were cut out for entrepreneurship at all.
